Welcome to RDC Tech Vision. By accessing our website or engaging our web development and technical services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before starting any project with us.
1. Services Offered
RDC Tech Vision provides custom WordPress development, website performance optimization, site security hardening, maintenance, and technical consulting. Specific deliverables, project scopes, timelines, and costs are agreed upon through a formal project quote or agreement before work begins.
2. Project Quotes & Payments
Quotes: All proposals and project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
Payment Schedule: Projects generally require an initial deposit before work commences, with remaining balances due upon project completion and prior to final website handover or deployment.
Additional Scope: Any requests outside the originally agreed-upon scope will be quoted separately as an add-on service.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely project execution, the client agrees to:
Provide all necessary website content, branding assets, images, and login credentials in a timely manner.
Review deliverables and provide consolidated feedback within agreed-upon revision timeframes.
Ensure all content provided to RDC Tech Vision does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or legal trademarks.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Each project scope includes a designated number of revision rounds. Major design or structural changes requested after formal milestone approvals or project completion may incur additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the client retains full ownership of the custom design, website content, and assets created specifically for their project. RDC Tech Vision retains the right to showcase the completed website in its portfolio and agency marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly requested.
6. Maintenance & Third-Party Services
Third-Party Tools: RDC Tech Vision is not responsible for service disruptions, policy changes, or price increases caused by third-party hosting providers, plugin vendors, domain registrars, or API providers.
Ongoing Care: After project handover, website security, updates, and backups remain the responsibility of the client unless an active Website Maintenance & Care Plan is in place.
7. Limitation of Liability
RDC Tech Vision strives to deliver stable, secure, and fast-loading websites. However, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from server downtimes, unauthorized third-party security breaches, or user errors occurring after final project delivery.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
